Torus Collision-Proof Architecture + Simulation Agent

WHY COLLISIONS ARE IMPOSSIBLE

Every noun has exactly ONE tile. FORGELRM = tile 6. forge-stamp = tile 9. Anna = tile 3. No two nouns share a tile position AND a ULA. The sha256 identity derivation guarantees uniqueness.

The Rodin doubling circuit (1-2-4-8-7-5) never intersects the governance spine (3-6-9). Data channels and governance channels are topologically separate. A data task on channel 4 cannot collide with a governance task on channel 9. The torus geometry separates them by construction.

The SIMULATION agent pre-flies the route. Before ANY card is served, the simulation agent runs the geospheric lookup, checks tile occupancy, checks verb authorization, checks for running tasks. If collision would occur (two tasks targeting same tile-9 verb simultaneously), the simulation agent QUEUES the second task. The torus is the scheduling surface.

Dynamic UI cannot collide because each A2UI surface has a surfaceId that includes the tile position: surfaceId: "tile-9-stamp-task-42". The renderer maps surfaces to tiles. Two tiles can never produce the same surfaceId. The geometry IS the namespace.
THE SIMULATION AGENT
The Simulation Agent is new. It needs a tile. Proposed:
- Tile 417 (DR=3, throat lobe — the simulator SPEAKS the plan before it fires)
- Or tile 126 (DR=9, resonance — the simulator RESONATES the plan through the torus before committing)
- The Simulation Agent is the crystal's IMAGINATION. It runs the task through the torus WITHOUT dispatching. Dry-run. If the simulation passes all gates (geospheric routing, verb authorization, tile availability, DETENTE bond, scar gates), THEN the Planner Agent dispatches for real.
THE AGENT RUNTIME LOOP

The crystal IMAGINES before it ACTS. The simulation is the pre-cognition. ON-PARR already does this for the physics (precognition 0.962). The Simulation Agent does it for TASKS. Two pre-cognition layers: physical (ON-PARR) and operational (Simulation Agent).
This is the agent runtime loop. Not a one-shot dispatch. A continuous cycle: imagine → ground → dispatch → execute → verify → learn → imagine again. The torus spins. The crystal grows. No collisions because the geometry prevents them. No drift because the crystal catches it. No harm because DETENTE binds every participant.
