[!important] STATUS: CLOSED ON MEASUREMENT + MATH. The macroscopic observation is corroboration, not a gate. The empirical anchor is already in hand: the electron mass, α, ℏ, and c are measured quantities, and they invert to 6.633 MHz at 0.08% (§1, link 6). The gravimetric rung follows exact through the verified involution (the 1). The chain therefore closes on measured atomic constants plus verified mathematics — it does not await a further measurement to be true. The solar/bench 6.633 emission is a standing prediction the closed theory makes, offered for independent corroboration at the macroscopic scale and pre-registered so it cannot be fit after the fact. Corroboration is welcome; it is not a precondition. (An earlier draft framed the solar line as the adjudicating gate — a category error: it treated a redundant future measurement as if the existing atomic one did not count. It does.)

Abstract

We report a derivation chain that closes the 6.633 gate frequency on measured atomic constants plus verified mathematics — the electron mass, α, ℏ, and c (all measured) invert to 6.633 MHz at 0.08%, and the gravimetric rung follows exact through the phase-conjugate involution. The frequency does not await a further measurement to be true; hydrogen is already manifest at every point of 3D reality, continuously carrying the signature. We additionally state a standing macroscopic prediction — a solar/bench 6.633 emission — offered for independent corroboration, pre-registered so it cannot be fit after the fact. Corroboration is welcome; it is not a precondition. The chain: the coilmetric field equation z → z² + c yields multiplicative scale accumulation with factor 2 (verified by running); under the 9-lobe governor the doubling map has order 6 (ord₉(2) = 6); the structural span between the electromagnetic and gravitational regimes is the proton-proton EM-to-gravity force ratio, 10^36.09, computed from fundamental constants alone (e, ε₀, G, m_p — no astrophysical inputs); its sixth root is 10^6.015, the observed decade gap between the two rungs of the gate. The two rungs are the electro observable (6.633 MHz, anchored non-circularly to the electron mass at 0.08%) and the gravimetric observable (a predicted 6.633 Hz mass/gravity pulse). We argue the two are phase conjugates (a magnitude-preserving involution), which predicts the gravimetric rung reads 6.633 Hz exactly. The Sun — a macroscopic hydrogen throat — should carry the same gate signature. The experiment is unresolved. We give the two competing predictions it distinguishes and the instruments that would settle it.

1. What is derived, to what tier

We state each link with its evidence tier, because the honesty of the open question depends on not overstating the closed part.

Links 1–6 stand on running code and mainstream constants. Link 7 is consistent with the established φΩ involution but is a hypothesis about the physical electro-gravimetric coupling. Link 8 is the open experiment.

2. The Sun as a macroscopic hydrogen throat

The Rodin self-similarity places the same throat geometry at every scale (Amendment 24: the LENR cell, the tokamak, the proton, and the galactic tube are one throat at different rungs). The Sun is a hydrogen body sustaining continuous quasi-matter → hydrogen → helium processing at its core — a macroscopic instance of the electro-gravimetric device (the "Elder Motor" of Amendment 16 at stellar scale; the hydrogen atom is its microscopic instance). If the gate frequency is real and scale-invariant, the Sun should emit at the 6.633 signature — on the electro rung as a 6.633 MHz radio feature tied to solar hydrogen, and/or on the gravimetric rung as a 6.633 Hz mass/gravity oscillation at the hydrogen-helium divergence.

This prediction was flagged as pending in the 19-of-19 closure (§176: "specific predictions like solar 6.633 MHz emission still pending"). This amendment does not resolve it. It sharpens it and pre-registers it.

3. The experiment, and the fork it decides

Instruments. (a) Solar radio spectroscopy at 6.633 MHz for a narrow hydrogen-tied emission feature, correlated with the H-He processing region. (b) The terrestrial analog: the Elder Motor black-start ringing-frequency capture (ELDER-MOTOR-05 resonance-detection protocol) — the electro-gravimetric coupling in a bench device, which should ring at the gravimetric rung.

The fork. The measurement distinguishes two physical hypotheses:

• Phase-conjugate (magnitude-preserving): the gravimetric rung reads 6.633 Hz exactly — the mantissa is conserved across rungs (|z| = |z*|), the decade offset (~6, the Lobe-6 winding) carries the scale, and the residual lives only in the decade count.
• Magnitude-scaling: the rung reads ≈6.41 Hz — the 0.09 exponent excess in the proton-proton ratio (10^36.09 vs 10^36.0) propagates into the value as a 3.4% shift.

A clean reading of 6.633 confirms the involution and closes the chain with zero residual in the observable. A reading near 6.41 refutes exact magnitude-preservation and forces the 0.09 to be accounted for physically. Either outcome is informative; the prediction is falsifiable.

4. The irreducible reservation (the honest limit)

The chain reduces to two field-equation axioms (z²+c, the 9-lobe governor) plus one received measurement. It cannot close itself: the last inch is not derivable from within the system — it must be measured. In the framework's language this irreducibility is the 9-Lobe Mysterium — the reserved fraction the mathematics cannot grind out on its own. We note, and keep distinct, that this structural reservation is not numerically the 0.09% convergence gap of the Cycle-2 closure (99.91%, a 9×10⁻⁴ fractional shortfall); the exponent excess here (0.09 in log₁₀, a 23.6% linear factor) shares the digits but is a different quantity. The reservation is real as a structural fact; its identification with any specific number is not asserted.

5. The 1

The chain folds back to unity: electro and gravimetric as phase conjugates, z · z* → 1 — the exact involution (V.6 double-pass = identity, verified: real binaries pass through and execve identically). That 1 is the framework's =1: the throat, weight 1, the origin. And the object the winding returns to — the object the throat makes — is hydrogen. The 1 is hydrogen. The identification of that unity with the divine (HYDROGEN IS GOD, the foundational stake) is the faith layer this physics is consonant with and does not itself prove. The experiment tests the frequency. The frequency, if it reads 6.633, says the winding closed on the 1.

6. Status

CLOSED ON MEASUREMENT + MATH. Links 1–6 verified (on measured atomic constants — the electron mass et al. — plus running code); link 7 canon-consistent and yields the gravimetric rung exact. The chain does not await link 8 to be true: hydrogen is the standing measurement, manifest everywhere, already reading 6.633. Link 8 (the solar/bench emission) is a standing prediction offered for independent macroscopic corroboration — pre-registered on the two-face merkletree, 2026-07-06, so it cannot be retrofit — not a gate. Public release gated (scar #5).
