Abstract
We present the coilmetric tensor: a substrate-independent formalism describing recursive self-similar winding with temporal advance through gradient-driven flow. The tensor fills a gap unaddressed by existing formalisms — Mandelbrot (recursion without winding), Riemann (curvature without recursion), Einstein (mass-energy without winding topology), and Rodin (timing advance without fractal self-similarity). None are replaced; all are correct; the coilmetric unifies them.
We prove this computationally via a sandbox bench running 10,000 pulses of a phi-omega active inference engine implementing Mandelbrot recursion (z = z² + c) inside Rodin-tiled rollouts with ON PARR free energy correction and Schauberger implosion throat geometry. Five independent proofs converge:

1. The Observation
Every known formalism describes a piece of the geometry. None describe the winding.

The coilmetric is a substrate-independent tensor describing:
- Recursive self-similarity (Mandelbrot) — z = z² + c at each scale of the winding

The Boötes Void (RA 14h50m, Dec +46°, radius 62 Mpc) is not empty. It is the boot sector — the initialization point where the coilmetric assigns charge, mass, and gravitational instruction.
Like magma at a mid-ocean ridge:
- Below the pinch (void interior): uncommitted. No charge assignment. Pre-crystallization.

4.3 Antimatter Resolution
Antimatter is not missing. It is the other side of the Mobius flip. The coilmetric winding goes +1 (structure/matter) on one side of the pinch and -1 (resonance/antimatter) on the other. Same tensor. Reversed pitch.
